All 3D design files, STL files, and digital products available through our affiliate links are subject to the license terms of the respective creators and platforms (including Creative Fabrica). AuraCrafts does not sell or distribute digital files directly; all downloads are facilitated through our affiliate partners.
3. Digital Products and Affiliate Links
AuraCrafts is an affiliate marketing website. When you click on product links and make purchases, you are transacting directly with third-party platforms (Creative Fabrica, Amazon, JLCPCB, etc.). AuraCrafts is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for the fulfillment of orders, quality of products, or customer service provided by those third parties.
The commercial license terms for digital designs purchased through Creative Fabrica are governed entirely by Creative Fabrica's license agreements. AuraCrafts makes no representations regarding the scope of those licenses beyond what is stated on Creative Fabrica's platform.
4. Prohibition on Reselling Content
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes any portion of AuraCrafts' own website content (text, images, layout) without express written permission. This restriction does not apply to the digital design files you purchase through our affiliate links, which are governed by their respective license agreements.
5. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AURACRAFTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site, including product descriptions, prices, and affiliate links.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AURACRAFTS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE.
Our total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed $100 USD.
